I can’t join anyone in online

I can’t join my friends and they can’t join me, when I try to join, I can’t see any names and it just disconnects after a few seconds the same when my friends try too join me too, but they can play together.

exact same issue I'm having with a friend. We have tried to verify the integrity, check for updates with Epic, Nvidia, steam and windows, make sure it was whitelisted through the firewall, and creating the room with different parameters, but no luck. We may occasionally find each other's room, but when we join, just blank and then kicked 5 seconds later.

2 out of 3 of my friends are able to connect for a moment then it boots them out and we're unable to play online. So yeah, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ not being able to play online day 1 when this game has been out in japan for so long already.

Same here, can't join a room and most of the time can't even create a room. It just gets stuck loading the room.

Same, once in a blue moon it actually connects and I can play normally, but most of the time it's just an empty lobby and "You have been disconnected from the session" after a few seconds.

I'd take being unable to play online over crashing constantly when some clown picks wing diver, Or an NPC fires the offending weapon that causes crashes.

You probably wont get an answer / fix till modders fix it, Sandlot is known for not updating post launch.

Any issue is likely there to stay.

I'm having the same problem, not once have I been able to play online with others.

Joining just disconnects after a bit (no status) and hosting just constantly has people joining and leaving, I suspect the same happens to them when I host?


Edit: Time and date on my computer were incorrect. Fixing that resolved the problem.

Game uses EGS ♥♥♥♥ for all multiplayer aspects, so ask epig why their ♥♥♥♥ doesnt work.

It ended up being my computer date being incorrect. Fixing that fixed the issues, I haven't had any further issues thankfully
