Bad bug. Devs help please - I've almost doubled his hits now, and he remains at what I think is the base 220 armor.
EDIT: Nevermind. Somehow an armor setting/limit got engaged. Strange itself. Thankfully not a network play bug. :)
In addition you need to check if you aren't limiting your max armor to a certain level which you can do as an option. By default that option is off, if you touched something, like fiddling with the settings thinking you need to adjust it to get more armor, you may have locked it to a small number.
There are a bunch of japanese players doing Inferno runs with limited armor (500 for example). You can also use that to adjust your armor to the value you want when playing with limits off, of course, or like some players to put your HP into funny numbers(7777 is the one I see the most often).
