Why doesnt this game disclose 3rd party DRM?
Why doesnt this game disclose 3rd party DRM? Every other game discloses this information on the store page.

They added it in the hardware requirements post-launch. They added it to the actual page in the last ten minutes.

Absolutely disgusting.

it literally states on the sotre page requires 3rd party account Epic!

Its hidden under PC Requirements not where DRM is listed. They put it in a place where no other steam game lists DRM/Software requirements to obsfucate it from buyers. Stop pretending like everyone who is complaining is silly and the company did no wrong.

Update: They JUST added it to the DRM part of their page now. 6:05am cst 7-25-24

I'm not saying they aren't wrong but I find it very silly that it is required to play, they should have made it optional for cross play!

also there are other games that did this one that comes to mind is remnant 2 but I think that was optional not 100% sur

As far as I know most games that didnt have 3rd party DRM listed, suprised people and listed them on launch day. Which is also scummy as all hell, but at least only affects pre-order people.

Also, I dont hate Epic really. I just think 3rd party launchers and storefronts being mandated DRM when you are already using Steam is ridiculous. So I dont buy Origin, Uplay, or now Epic Games Launcher DRM games. I guess its at least better than Denuvo, but meh. DRM only gets more and more insidious.
