Not steam deck compatible for now

First off no Voiced dialog works, you hear some sound artifacts when it's clearly some voiced dialog but it's not played back.

Secondly game freezes eventually like 10-20 dialog lines in to the game, i got a feeling this have to do with the audio as well as if you go 'very' slow the game do not freeze.

Tested with Default, geProton (latestas of today) and Experimental proton branch, all 3 behaves the same.

I guess some workaround might eventually be found but don't know of any as of now.

Damn, unfortunate. Love my steam deck for VNs but I've been waiting for this for so long we will have to live with playing it on desktop

im getting the same results- not so much the crashes, but the voice acting is deffo broken. Some reviews of the game warned as such so im not surprised but would hope a fix is coming

Where would I put in this? In the settings - general - launch options?

Can confirm that the instructions in https://steamcommunity.com/app/2291020/discussions/0/3815166994153999998/ seems to work for me, also no crashes after 1 hour of testing.

I would love to have this game become "Steamdeck Compatible" so I can buy it.
I would love for the whole "Science Aventure" series to become compatible, in fact. It would make me gladly buy them all on Steam (I only played Steins; Gate and Steins; Gate Zero).
I don't understand what Spike Chunsoft and/or Steam are waiting for.
