no, it doesn’t work, as you said in the instructions, I have a store running, game events of the season, but there is not a single player in the session, everything is on in the settings, the game launches me into a world without players, no one can connect to me.

I have checked the game settings, the only option I can see is to disable ghosts by selecting 'Social' then hide, however other players should be still visible. The only other mode is 'Zen Mode' which is essentially an offline mode as you do not play with other players.
If you are not in Zen Mode and the issue persists then can you please create a support case and we can look into this further for you. To do this go to the link below:

Due to the high volume of contacts it may take longer than usual for our support team to respond, however they will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also record a video and attach it to your case or provide a URL link to it.

Too late, I deleted the game and would like my money back, but too much time has passed. I spent a lot of money in my country to play what I do in life. Support ignored me and I sent a bunch of requests, it's been 3 months since the first request. I won't sue, but what can I do? ... Everything will be in endless waiting again, the company doesn't care about its fans, so you have a lot of problems.
I have checked your account and cannot see any support cases being submitted unless you have submitted them using a different Ubisoft account?
