Why not allow players to design mass race runs and clothing. Yo can have the community vote and/or evaluate them and add the best to the game rewarding winners with privileges, like exclusive skins, equipment etc. The game has so much potential....

Before that just have more base custom for the character, more long hair, faces ect..
