you also get a parachute with a fan attached to your back to fly/float anywhere which is probably the least exciting way to travel besides the stupid snowball bike.
(the year 1 pass is bmx bike career/events, freestyle snowmobile, snowskate, a jetbicycle and a bike that throws snowballs).
the hoverboard is sold seperately (no events), the skateboard will also be sold as a dlc but you can buy a specific edition to get it when it releases.
the pricing is pretty ridiculous ngl,
the skate edition has base + skate dlc,
the 360 edition has base + skate dlc + ridge ultimate pack (extra events) + hoverboard
the complete edition has base + skate dlc + year 1 pass + ridge pack + hoverboard (so basically everything)
if you get the base game you can buy everything else individually with in game currency but its way overpriced imo. i'm not sure how much the skate dlc will cost on its own but its probably going to be around $30-50
Anyway, since you don't have the game yet and probably want to own everything, you should just get the complete edition. Buying the base game and then the extra stuff later would be much more expensive.
Also, don't let me discourage you from buying the game. :D Yeah, it's pricey and has some other flaws, but it can be really enjoyable too, and it's the only game of its kind. Except maybe Steep, which is older and has less content obviously, and has even more issues.
Thank you for your very specific reply. I think I 'll sit this one out. I mean, I'm sure that someone that buys, must love it, or otherwise it wouldn't be so expensive, but for me, its a little bit too much for a "sometime i may play"
They created a year 1 pass that included everything but for the 2nd year they have been adding DLCs and selling versions that include some DLCs. Depending of what you want in the game I am willing to help you pick
for sure but some add ons ares mostly skins while others are toys and careers, depending on what you want you can pick up a different add on
