How to buy the game to have whole content?

Hi guys! Im here as always to ask how to buy ubi games to have all included.
Can some one give me an advice how to buy full content?

Don't quote me on this, but the way to get all the content at the moment, is to get the Riders Republic Complete Edition, (that gives you Year 1 & Year 2 content passes) and then buying the Year 3 Pass in the in game store. There does not appear to be a way to get Year 3 content outside of the game store.

For this game, there isn't a "complete" complete edition. Complete isn't complete. Year 3 pass isn't included. Bait and switch as usual. My Ultimate Edition is of no value since they modified it to the Complete Edition and didn't give us the Complete Edition's content. I submitted a BBB complaint a few minutes ago.
