The game is fun enough if you like all this theme, campaign is single player, in the open world there is constant activity (bots and players ride), and the mass race for 64 players seems to be going fully often (I played a month ago through uplay and there were no problems), but the problem is the cost of the game, without discounts it's very expensive for all the content

hey thank you for reply, yeah thats my concern i thought the multiplayer dead or something, i mean i want to see people in freeroam doing their things you know. i probably will buy base game only, since skate or whatever that DLC seems overprice and many people seem to complained about it too.

There are other people pretty much everywhere you go. Mass races are still regularly full. I play a couple of hours a week, and I've only ever once seen a mass race with fewer than 20 people in it.
Try to get the game and DLC when they are on sale. The game is constantly full of people because they use bots, ghosts and real people to fill in free roam, the game never feels like an empty town. There are different multiplayer modes for 12 or 6 players and of course Mass races which have a maximum of 64 players and go like every 20 minutes or less if there are special events. I have been playing over a year in the Ubisoft version and mass races are full most of the time. When there are special multiplayer events and rewards even more people play. In addition, the game is cross-play so the player base goes beyond Steam and PC versions....

I want to enjoy the sale and buy the game, but with the dlcs even with the discount its kinda expensive, are the dlcs worth it? What are the most interesting contents of the dlcs? Thanks in advance :)

For the most variety and competition diversity get the BMX and skate additions. BMX comes with First year pass and skate comes as DLC, bundle or in the game store. Without them you will still enjoy plenty of diverse events.
Game on sale now, go get it!!

Standard is fun enough but it won't include the BMX and skate careers. You can still pay BMX and skate in standard version but wont be able to upgrade the equipment, earn stars and get sponsor goodies. If you are doubtful get the standard game on sale and play enough then wait for BMX and skate careers to be on sale or just go for complete edition if yo won't mind spending the money.
