crossplay stuttering

ive done my research and crossplay makes the game stutter. something with their network connection i think. anyone got more info about this or a fix coming?

Same for me. I thought it was the ghosts at first so I disabled them and nope - still stuttering and freezing. I also tried lowest graphics and that didn't help either. I hope Ubisoft comes out with a patch quick.

Since the skate addon also got seriously bad stuttering that made the game virtually unplayable. it was even stuttering in solo events for some reason, was driving me insane.

Turning of crossplay fixed it for me as well.

I recommend turning it off. They need to rework the network code or something for it, because it is really bad. I see this complaint a lot. Once I turned it off, the game ran 10x better.

Same issue for me! Playing without crossplay and social presence seems to help. I used to play on PS5 and never had this issue. Seems to be a PC only issue.

I play on PC, the game started to have micro-freezes during the races or tricks after the skateboard update despite the graphic settings I set, low medium, or high.

Same, turning off crossplay fix the problem but if i want for join a Mass Race or a multiplayer lobby always put me against only 3 or 4 players, hope they fix it soon cause i paid the game to play with crossplay on and no freezes

So happy I'm not the only one that experiences this. I turned Cross play off and it made the studdering much better.

But most of the players are on crossplay so this fix is hardly worth it.

Ubisoft Plz fix.
