descender require more precision while rider republic is more arcady so it depends on what you are looking for

I guess if you put it like that i think it would be lmao, I stand corrected ! but yeah like the bro said above, there is some downhill tracks that on expert require you to be pretty damn precise to get the fast times and get all the stars.

descender better sense of speed and morea real control but in Rider republic what i like u can make crazy and unreal jumps in descenders u will just fall when landing its stupid in there `

I'll give you a quick explanation of what makes Riders Republic good, but questionable when compared to the MTB of Descenders. Descenders for all intents and purposes, is a downhill MTB game, and only that. Riders Republic is a hodgepodge of many different things that include not only MTB, but snowboarding, skiing, wingsuits, BMX and more. There is a whole hell of a lot more to do in Riders Republic, there is no denying that, but ultimately, Descenders is a far better MTB game when it comes to the controls. The controls in this game can be questionable and infuriating at times, but if you can look past that, there is plenty of fun to be had. Descenders also has a lot of stuff you can unlock, whereas this game locks a lot of content behind premium currency. (Big womp)

The mass races are messy, but VERY fun. The map is HUGE with plenty to explore and lots of secrets to find. The MMO aspect is a very cool concept. There is a campaign and a TON of different races and challenges around the map.

Ultimately, Riders Republic is worth your time if you were questioning whether or not to get it, but do no expect Descenders gameplay. It is on a different level for sure. Now the ultimate question: "Is it funner than Descenders?" I had a lot of fun with Descenders...and I mean ALOT of fun, but the content is limited in comparison. I think the pure adrenaline of racing against others, and the wide variety of things to do ultimately make Riders Republic funner. Hope that helps.

Riders Republic is a worth buy if you want to have fun doing many different things acknowledging it is a game, if your a delusional purist that think that a playing a video game resembles doing the same thing as in real life then may not for you......

Have you seen gameplay for skateboard dlc? it will be exactly like the latter
