Thanks for reply. That sucks..
As much as I want to like this game, I just find myself wanting to play Steep or shredders.
I felt like Wingsuit was done so much better in Steep, also. I guess this game did spread itself thin with many different things. It is like no sport is fleshed out. Master of none.
Clothing seemed more accessible in Steep, also. Now I have to deal with annoying UI of finding sponsors or hopinh the store has a decent piece of clothing.
I can't remember with Steep, but I am pretty sure equiptment didn't have stats, so I could go and get highscore on a challenge whenever. Now I have to grind up better equipment. I really took Steep for granted.
It is pretty lame. I ended up just not playing after a while. With them taking about skateboarding, I figured they would work this out. I remember even the old school games having this ability. Doesn't Steep? Just seem lazy of the devs..
Yes, it really is laziness. They have made a gigantic game and they can't include that small detail lmao
This is why I am done with Ubisoft these days. At one point they were innovating and trying creating emergent gameplay. Make the worlds in their games seem more alive where the NPCS react to each other and the environment. Now everything they do is about profit. Of course they won't add goofy because it takes a bit of extra work for a minority.
I overlook FPS games where I have to shoot rifles right handed. I mean, it isn't that big of a deal. The option would be nice. Really, you would just have to mirror the character? Skateboarding is way different than shooting. It is completely immersion breaking. You are straight up using different parts of your brain..
