Different MIDI playback support and different resolution options.

This is all foreign to me, since I'm not familiar with DOSbox and command lines. Is there anyway to get the MIDI music to play differently, if at all better? And how can I change the resolution, it looks really blurry on my monitor and it looks unnappealing.

You should use a source port like Zandronum instead of Dosbox.

Tried that, but I love the DOSbox feeling, makes Doom seem way more fun for me.

You will have better luck getting a port to FEEL like dosbox in another port than you would have getting dosbox to behave the way you wanted in all aspects, just saying. ♥♥♥♥ around with the options.

I guess. I got the resolution fixed and the mouse to not move forward, so I guess I'm okay with it now.

There are setting at the bottom of this guide to make the sound better for dosbox. Its for Doom 1, but should be the same.
