console?

this game is really hard and i wanna mess around any help about getting the console up? i tried ~ cause its normal

Google search for cheats like IDDQD.

The original Classic Doom series didn't have consoles. Most source ports for the game do though. For single player, For console and multiplayer, go with ZDaemon[www.zdaemon.org] and Zandronum[www.zandronum.com]. These two have consoles and are multiplayer too.

Otheriwse, I recommend PrBoom+ or GlBoom (comes with Pr+) for single player. No console, but a very strong single player port with lots of options for tweaking in the game menu, and excellent mouse code. There's some helpful info on PrBoom at the doomworld[www.doomworld.com] forums:)

it says zdaemon can harm my computer?

Heh, it's perfectly safe. I believe that's the warning you get when you download any executable (.exe) file from the internet - Did your internet browser tell you this?

so i got zandronum and stuff i runned it needed administrator so then what is it done?

"Internet Doom Explorer" which has a single player section for Zan and ZD. Though IDE is a bit confusing and slow to refresh online servers.

I really recommend installing ZDaemon and setting up a single player game using the ZDaemon Launcher. If you need help there then look for [dp]Evolution (me!) in the launcher's built-in Chat.

Yep. The installation is a breeze. You have to direct ZDaemon to your doom IWAD files (tnt.wad and plutonia.wad for Final Doom). There is an automatic option but with my hard drive setup, auto for me takes a while. I prefer to look for them manually. They'll be in "steam/steamapps/common/final doom" I think.

Other Source Port you Can use is Gzdoom have console. whit the classic commands God, Give all.

or if you only wish some cheats try to write when you are playing this IDDQD(god mode), IDKFA(all weapons and keys), IDCLEV00 (the 00 replace the level you want to warp), IDCLIP(Walk throgth the walls).
