A continuation of DOOM 2 Hell on Earth?
Another DOOM game?
How many levels does it have in total?

It's a sequel to Doom II.
It's more like an expansion rather than completely new game, besides new levels and textures it doesn't add anything new.
It consists of two campains, TNT Evilution and Plutonia Experiment with 32 levels each.
Yes, especially for Plutonia, which has the best level design out of all commercial WADs.
