I bet the full game won't differ much from the demo. People will still need to go on discord and get a guide to get through your game, at least the majority. So what's the point unless you enjoy playing with guides. Also I wonder if the game will have some explanation to anything and not this cryptic, dark souls mentality dung. This game to me is just a huge disappointment because it looked promising, but I don't exxaggerate when I'm saying that this is the unfunniest roguelike I have ever played and I played a ton of roguelikes. I genuinely had more fun playing dark souls. Heck dark souls is easier and less cryptic to me, than this game. I don't see myself playing this game unless someone gifts this to me and even then I'd probably shut it off the moment I see no improvement over the demo. What a shame.

Hard disagree on all points. No need for a guide here. Game is a special experience as it is and the little demo has more playability than most full games I experience.

Far too long of a wait between demo and release. Doesn't Valve themselves recommend not doing the Next Fest so far in advance, since you only get one?

It's already second, original demo was at summer fest of 2023!!! So 2 years since demo...

why do we need to wait over half a year more until release ?
do it like V rising did : early access and use suggestions from the community as inspiration (its just my personal opinion though)

The first blog post about V Rising is from 2017. So it had at least 5 years (more likely 6) before early access. You really want me to do the same?

But we're nerdy now! It looks like a pretty fantastic game.

It's going to be a great release. Every day adds more to the game. Of course I'd love to see the game too but they're doing their best to also make the game the best they can.
