No Steam achievements, and a grand total of 8 unlockables, listed in the Bonuses section:

5 Extra Scenarios, from completing other scenarios with varying conditions (in total, you'll need to clear 3+ scenarios, at least one with 5000+ Martial Reputation, at least one with 5000+ Cultural reputation, and at least one with every slot in the Synergetic section of your character's relationship chart filled out - so 8 Synergetic Bonds, 3 Sworn Siblings, and all Spouse slots filled)

Zhuge Liang's Young Portrait for use in Edit Officers menu (from winning 5 debates total)

Ability to start with an additional Privilege at the start of the game (Maxing out the number of Synergetic officers - not necessarily finishing the game like that, though)

And the ability to edit Historical Officers (beat the game using an Edit Officer as your protagonist)
