custom officer: what is honor used for ?
it goes from 0 to 15

can anyone tell me what honor does in the game ?

It's for AI. Lower honor makes them prone to betraying you. Getting employed by enemy, accepting that plot that makes them turn over to enemy mid battle, and probability of destroying Han when they take hold of the Emperor.
