Question for Nintendo switch owners of this game

Is this a situation like Wild Guns Reloaded where if you don't git gud you won't see most of the game? I understand wanting a challenge on games, but it should always be a choice not the only option. If I could, I'd start with an easier challenge and then work my way up as I got better at the game D;

Well, the game has 2 difficulty selections (Normal and Hard), but if you're wondering if its anything like Wild Guns: Reloaded, then no, the game is very generous if you keep continuing. Especially if you reach specific checkpoints, even ones if you reach the stage bosses.

Also, not just Switch owners, the game came out on PS4 too.

The game isn't that hard either. But that being said, don't try to play it like a normal sidescroll beatemup.

It's often said newbies should start with Kunoichi, but I disagree. I always say start with Ninja and learn how to throw properly as this game is ALL about abusing invincibility frames during throws, and throwing enemies into other enemies to do damage.

Go youtube any Ninja 1CC playthrough and you'll get the idea really fast. Once it 'clicks' you'll see the game is easy as hell, even 'Hard' is too easy.

Nah, you can see it all if you don't try for a 1cc run. There is one boss near the middle of the game that is just unfair. He is the 1cc killer.

Yeah, it's the same design style as all the other Tengo project games. There's infinite continues, but you still have to earn the clear.

Way less difficult than Wild Guns and it also allows you to play levels individually. I feel that Wild Guns with mouse controller would have been a breeze.
