This Title ins't playable

I cant play Trackmania Canyon.

If I try to play offline, it says "This Title ins't playable" and if I try to open a new Uplay account, it says the CD-key is already in use?

I did not buy this game on Uplay, I bought it on steam, so why the hell do I need a Uplay account to play my Steam game?

I want to play my game, or I want my money back!

ps.
Slease stop selling games on steam, that requeres login on another platform.

I have the same problem...
And the key isn´t problem I suppose, when I´m able to play online.
I wrote to steamsupport they recomended me some options like write to trackmania forum...
I didn´t want to create account, but I wanted to play somehow, and if offline "wasn´t playable". So at the end I created mania planet accound and I´m playing online, but it doesn´t solved my problem to play offline. So still dealing with it... :(

What happen when you play online? Were you well online the first time that you created your account? Did you check that Internet Explorer was not set as offline mod?

The problem is that offline mode just doesnt work if you click on it in the selection. You will have to use online mode until that is solved.

Also the account ingame is not uplay it is a maniaplanet account.

pretty frustrating to buy a game that does not work and gives you headaches to try and make it work... I'm not a functional steam tester... can I have your job please...

Same i have 3 titles. Have you tried to verify the game cache? right click canyon > properties > in one of the tabs you can verify the cache to make sure no currupt files?

after puzzling I found out that the the fake steam >>> mania planet connection is faking to work, but it actualy does not! So I went to mania planet to create the account again and voila steam liked the mania planet login... so far so good for functionality testing...

Well you can google mania planet player page and use the same login to browse your account or create i guess. You also used to be able to get the standalone games download from there but it looks like its changed since launch? I have to log on every now and then to verify my cd key to get a val code so i can use the planets but its pretty useful to manage your account / see fav server etc etc


I dont know if it would help but maybe a sticky for the player page? maybe if it does work would help in all the maniaplanet games cause i see a few have probs in standium
