You will get it in a mail, after having created a Maniaplanet account and indication of your valid email address in the profile of the game.
If the CD key is assigned correctly to your Maniaplanet account (this typically happens at the time of the creation of the account, but can also take one or two restarts of Steam and of the game), then you might be able to get the validation code on the player page, accessible from the profile section in game, or: http://player.maniaplanet.com
