Can’t unlock the Puppet Faz Force Figure

I completed all of the mini games apart from the secret one, and have all of the figures except for puppet, everywhere online states you only need to complete all the sister location levels to unlock it which i have done. am i missing something?

People love spreading misinformation. You do not need to complete all the sister location levels.
All you need to do is play Puppet Master and input 1983 on the keypad in the now unlocked drawer.

That would be the puppet doll, not the faz force figure. i did 'fix' the issue though, turns out i completely missed a mini game.

People say you have to complete all sister location levels for the drawer to unlock, not to get the figure. That is what I was referencing.
