This game or help wanted 1?
Hey there, getting a VR again tomorrow after selling mine a couple years back.
I’ve played a bit of help wanted 1 before so I am familiar with it. How does this game compare, would you recommend me get this over the first. If so are there some pros and cons without spoilers please as I’ve been avoiding watching gameplay

They are two different games, but HW1 is naturally scarier and harder, since HW2 is post-security breach.
After HW1, Scott also said he does not want to just straight port previous games to VR for HW2, so do not expect it to be Sister Location VR etc.

less scary (except for some levels) but the minigames are generally more fun. HW2 looks a lot better too and also performs better (plus you can also change graphical settings, which I dont think you could do in HW1)
I would say get both at some point. HW1 and HW2 are my favourite VR games. They are a lot of fun. Overall i believe HW2 has more minigames, and there aren't any minigames that I dislike unlike HW1.

HW1 has one minigame that I hate which is the Plushbaby night. That mode basically requires you to memorize the spawn locations of the plushbabies to beat it. Other than that one annoying minigame though the game is quite good.

I would say if you are looking more for a port of FNAF 1-3 get HW1, but if you want something original get HW2. It does have Sister location nights but they are more unique and not the same as the original Sister Location

On a Side note if you are looking for a good VR representation of Sister Location just google FNAF Sister Location VR. On gaming jolt there is a developer called Yu Ro who has been making VR FNAF games since before HW2 was announced. You can download it for free and it is quite good. He also made a Ultimate Custom Night VR and is currently developing FNAF 4 and FNAF 6 for VR (which will all be free to download). I also believe this dev has been given the ok to continue making his games. He spoke with a Steel Wool employee and was given confirmation that his games would not be taken down.

I'd say Help Wanted 2 first, then HW1 if you like the style enough/can afford it later.

HW1's biggest strength is getting to exist in the same physical space as the animatronics, but there's a lot in HW1 that was just frustrating. HW2 is more fun overall with less annoying bits, so you'll enjoy it more.

I would say get Help Wanted 1 first it's overall a much stronger game.

Hw if you want to play the old games in vr
hw2 if you want to play fun, replayable and new gamemodes within the more recent games

I would suggest help wanted 2 over help wanted 1 in the scenario money is tight and you want to get into the help wanted series. Help wanted 1 just can't hold a candle to help wanted 2, fnaf 1/2/3 just doesn't work in VR. I just finished it tonight and while some of the game modes are fun, its age really shows for a VR game. Massive rooms that make it difficult to play in cramped setups, objects with wonky hit boxes like the fnaf 2 mask and game crashing bugs. Not to mention the story is dull, while it does lead to SB its just not nearly as interesting.

Hello, if I understand correctly, we can take both games. They are not similar enough for us to be able to say that one is a continuation of the other, but they complement each other?

Being similar games or not has no effect on if it's a continuation. That's not what that word means. HW2 takes place after HW1, so it is in fact a continuation.

Yes I understand, the google translator didn't translate my words correctly. SO I will try with my own words now.

I would said that the HW2 is not a simple DLC which complete the HW1 but it is 2 video games differents ?
