Problemas con la conexion

Buenas me compre el juego hace nada y me da este error y voy por lan. "se ha perdido la conexión con el servidor multijugador de empire of the ants. Comprueba tu conexión a la red y vuelve a intentarlo." podrían ayudarme?

• Could you provide a screenshot/photo of the error message (please include the whole game screen)
  
• At what stage did this error message appear? ("Matchmaking in progress", "Authenticating", "looking for other players", "Waiting for server", "Starting game", "Matchmaking failed" ?)
  
• Are you using a VPN?
  
• Check if your antivirus is blocking the game (if so whitelist it)

The platform is Steam, my username with which I play is killergames21, the message appeared from the beginning the second I clicked on multiplayer, I don't use a VPN, I have it activated but I don't use it, and I use Windows Defender so I don't think it's because of that.
