Preload? Release time (hour) 4th?

I just wanted to know if there will be a preload AND which time the game releases on the 4th of november? :) I am from germany/austria and it varies from 4pm CET...7pm CET... all the time. Thank you very much.

I don't think there will be preload.
And the game should be released in one more day, or roughly 24 hours from now.

I believe, unless new information has surfaced, that it will be preloaded from the release of early access.
