Hireing F3 drivers

Hi..im doing an all femele challence( don't know yet if i ever get any female Race engineers) but my question is this .. in trying to hire Sofia Floersch , she just finished her 2nd F3 season (23 -24) BUT why can't i sign her for season 25 as in, sign a contract starting next season as you can with any F1 driver ... her 2 consecutive seasons are done, she is also above 18 ,so all the conditions are met.. is that something you have overlooked or is it working as intended( i hope not)that's simply just stupid..

2022 had female race engineer newgens, although they were pretty rare.

You have to wait until the next year actually starts, to sign her. So on January 1st go for it.

Driving in F3 is not likely to give drivers enough points for an F1 license.
Not sure how they've interpreted it in game. But, you can't really go from F3 to F1 as you won't be granted license for F1.

There isn't any license points in the game. So yeah just 2 years done and dusted in the game in F3, can get you a seat in F1.

In real life we know that's not the fact, but the game isn't real life.

Yeah I'm sure it is because I've tried to/have hired her myself, one game she wasn't available after serving the 2 seasons and the other she was, same goes for Bearman.
