Is the deluxe edition worth it?

So among you who have the deluxe edition is it worth with the discount? Or shall I just get the regular edition? How cool are the scenarios? Is there anything else? Thank you!

The scenarios are pretty much what you'd expect. It's a good way to test what racing tactics will fare better in the game. There's also an achievement that requires it. Certainly not worth the $15 as a DLC imo, but for $3 extra on the discounted game, it's decent enough.
