Rain starts, limit for dry tyres is 1mm wetness. at 0.70mm Inters start to be ok from pace and Temperatures and the dry tyres can be driven roughly to 1.3mm.
outside of these, the Penaltys become harsh. getting to Inetrs at 0.50mm will skyrocket Temperatures and will cost you quite some pace, going with dry tyres over 1.3 is basicly loosing 1 second per lap rising fast.
Same-ish with inter to Wet Tyre Values. at roughly 3.7mm the Inters and Wet Tyres have roughly same pace and the Inters can be driven up to 4.3mm.
Going over limits ( driving with dry in damp or Inters in Wet) gives slighty bigger Penaltys to laptime then driving under limits (driving with inters in dry or driving with wets when damp) this is balances with Temperatures and Tyre wear penaltys when under limit but no such penaltys when going over limit. Well, your tyres become cooler when going over limit but too low temperatures have a significant lower impact on wear and laptimes.
