Pit crew training
How to deal pit crew training the most efficient way? I started with Mercedes and I should have +16 gain before first race but in reality I had much less than that. I understand that fatique shouldnt excess 50% during race weekends and staff shouldnt work in exhausted zone..

Well, I think there are only really two important stats: Pit Stop Time and Fatigue. The rest is not really that important in my opinion. If you have a quick pit stop time you will pretty surely win the Fastest Pit Stop Award. And if you schedule your Pit Crew Training that they are not exhausted, then you'll have no problem. I guess.

I will say i am not very happy with the pit crew training. in my save i wanted to "go the safe route" for the start of my save and not schedule things manually. now i am at the end of the season and my fatigue is jacked way up. i have run fatigue reduction for 2 months and it still will not go down to reasonable levels. i don't understand how 4 full days off before a race does not refresh my pit-crew for the race.

Not going to manage it manually i have a sporting director for that. all i want is to choose the focus and how hard they train. i don't want to schedule every day morning and afternoon. and the default schemes should not jack up the pit-crew to 100% fatigue. that should be a consequence of over scheduling training manually.

i've had my pit crew on rest for months and yet they still end up with a lot of fatigue. maybe i'm missing something? i did start the season trying to increase tyre replacement speed but once i hit a fatigued pit crew no amount of rest really gets them back to a reasonable point. next season i'll try just avoiding the high level of fatigue in the first place. bit of a crap game mechanic if you can't recover once the crew is tired.
