Terrible Pit-Crew-Training
Can anyone tell me how to make the pit crew faster and at the same time not be exhausted all the time? No matter what I do, it's getting worse and worse. Even if I make a training plan on which everything is improved, the prognosis of exhaustion is never correct and it is indicated later in the training period that you are exhausted. What kind of crap were the developers thinking?

I have no idea. My mechanics go into a coma if they just look at a wrench.
After season one I was up to 3.175 seconds, coz I had to rest them so much most of season 1. Start of season 2 the different skills are in the range 47 to 51. About 10 down from start of season 1.

Always work in the cumulative view. The first task is to get the team to a level of fitness that they can do the race weekend (3 days) so that the fitness stays in the green zone of the fatigue slide for day 3. This would be ideal. This would require a lot of gym training of course, which would also improve the time results of the tyre change.

After the race weekend, rest your team until their fitness is back in the green zone of the fatigue slide. More like to the beginning. When this happens, the training program can begin.

When the fatigue level reaches the mark in the middle of the slide, you need to rest again, because work is no longer harmful from then on. The gym trainig and pit stop drills should be rotated because both speed and reliability are important.

Before the race weekend, rest them again until the fatigue level is at the beginning of the green zone so they can start the race weekend.

I need to have my eyes checked. I have never even noticed the cumulative button until your post.
I have had a pretty balanced setup. A little bit car building like 2.5 days a month. Then evenly split on Gym, drills and rest. But soon ended up having to rest for half the month just to keep them out of the red.

Thanks, will try mostly Gym work for a while.
Pit time has something to do with gym training. Focus on gym and your average pit time will drop. I managed to drop my pit time from start to Australia from 2,75 to rughly 2,6. Key is to keep chance of mistake bellow 50% by end of racing weekend because chance of mistake rises signifficantly. So manage fatique bellow 20% prior racing weekend. I found video which explanes it

Depend on what is more important for you, the reliability or quickness? For me is the reliability, I don't mind the 1 sec lost, if I don't lose more of that, because of mistakes :)
