Game isn't broken, you just need to manage these things, if they are always making mistakes in overtakes might need to tell them to be less aggressive with them so they only choose to overtake when it's very likely to succeed (on straights etc) Doing aggressive overtakes or even defensive moves are biggest cause, Being on low is underrated, you can save tonnes of fuel and tyres/temp by just chilling behind another car (unless their car is slower then urs then u wanna pass) but if ur car is similar in pace just milk the drs and take the easy overtakes and save tyres etc and less risk of crashing. So many ways to mitigate such things happening.
And there is the problem right there. Failure to accept results given. You realise restarting is not going top magically make your cars faster? Nor is it going to stop bad drivers with bad cars crashing.
Your car crashed or you get a bad result, deal with it and move on to the next race. You are the one causing the issue by restarting every race. Your cars WILL crash. You WILL lose places, you WILL get penalties. That is part of the game, manage it properly.
Asz a side note, you really should calm down. Some players try to answer to your problems, and you instantly say they're trolling because they just don't think the same as you. Chill out, dude. We're trying to explain the game to you and help you, we're not trolling.
We're not being arrogant, we're just trying to help. I just finished the 6th GP on my Alpine run, and my pilots had only one crash so far. So, what you say about "constant accidents" is just not true. You need to understand what you're doing wrong, whatever it is.
