Team orders (Don't Fight Teammate)
I have found that the Don't fight team mate command still has the following driver attempting then giving up passes. This recently led to my team crashing out with 1 lap to go in a race. How do you get the drivers to hold station at the end of a race?

Best bet is to pair it with Low Overtake Aggression.

But at the end of the day, a lock-up can still occur, so the safest bet would be to try and create some distance between your drivers, 3-5 seconds at least.

Were they on similar strats/tyres/pace? I've had no issues, not even the driver in front doing any defensive moves because driver behind isn't going to overtake. I do usually have my drivers on very very similar strats, just one with better smoothness (tyre wear) pitting later then the other driver so they are almost always pushing at same time, conserving fuel at same time etc so that "could" play a part in it but ive not seen the one that's been told to not fight even attempt anything or cause other driver to defend

Since the car behind is using DRS, it does not need as much power. So knock the engine level down, tick low aggression overtakes, and tick don't fight team mate. They will generally sit there for several laps and progressively fall back slightly. Tweak as required to keep them in the DRS window.
