No trophy delivery for all pilots ??

There is a list of drivers to be hired but most of them are not entitled to receive the trophy on the podium even if they win the race, and many of them don't even take off the helmet..the game is too limited .
In other words, only the most recognized pilots have the right to lift the trophy and celebrate.
