I saw someone who was going to be 61k over, until I told them they could fire their scouts/engineer teams before December hit.

They did not breach the cap, lol

I believe you get a big blow to board confidence and a fine for however much you went over.

i went over 400k last time and if i recall corectly my cost cap was just reduced with 400k fine

I went over, board confidence dropped significantly, then more so because I got 7th with Haas. Fired.

Gonna wait for next big patch before I start over. I did this with F1M22 as well and when I came back the game was a lot fun and I put in 80% hours then.
