Sprint Races
I read in this forum that the sprint races in F1 Manager 23 is still using the old format:

FP 1
Qualification for Sprint (decides grid for Sprint race)
FP 2
Sprint Race (result decides grid for Race)
Race

Is there any plan to update sprint race using the current form? (Removing FP2 and adding separate Qualification for race)

It'd be more realistic if the sprint race is adjusted to the current form.

I personally like the old format better. The new one, in my opinion, is a nice bastard who failed.

Ya, but the FP2 after sprint Qualification is rather odd anyway, especially the car is designated under parc fermè after Sprint Qualification.

Anyway, how many tyre are allocated for weekend that includes sprint race? Is it the same as the allocation for regular race weekend?

I was confused to and dont like the old format. IMHO they just had no time to make it right.

You can remove sprint races from database, but not personalize the format. Btw I too prefer this old format.

Agreed, there's no benefit beyond part/track acclimatization. Also you put extra wear on engine/ERS/gearbox just to do this...

Edit:
From F1's website they said:

"The cars will then enter Parc Ferme after FP1, before being released for FP2, which will take place on Saturday morning. Here, they will be able to use one set of tyres, of their choice.

They will then return to Parc Ferme ahead of F1 Sprint, before being placed back in the quarantined environment overnight ahead of Sunday’s race."

Which makes me think that setup could be adjusted.
