Staff Salary Demands are Ludicrous

Everyone I try to sign wants an absolutely exorbitant amount of money to come to McLaren. I've upgraded my facilities, and every single staff member wants a salary 3-4x higher than the currently employed person.

I take it Frontier did exactly 0 testing and won't acknowledge the issue like the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ company it is.

Ya there is a crazy issue with salaries. I wanted to re-sign Sargeant for 2024 and he wanted over 10 mil for Williams ... Ok bro

Agree. Playing as Alpha and even though pretty much all my staff are the worst (in f1) they want more than say Red Bull or Merc staff wages who are waaayyy better ratings wise. Seems silly! Also, to get Daniel Ricciardo over to replace Nyck as per current season, to get him to accept a contract cost $15M annual salary lol

Cheers mate. Any idea where that database was located? Save file maybe? I searched in steamapps/f1 manager 2023 for main.db and no luck

You will have to extract the main.db from your running save and then edit it. You'll have to do this with every save you start, unless you know how to properly edit the starting database with software like asset editors and such. (which I am unexperienced with, sorry.)
