Has the play testers been selected yet? When can everyone play it? I'm absoululy dying to play the new update!

I have worked for two weeks trying to level my city to level 2 . Ive gotten it to 99.20 and it will not finish I have made 100's of buckets of water and hare traps and it will not finish. as soon as i add the third person it drops down to 40's and 50 s on water and food. I have everything unlock nearly but cant get my city to level at all even though the misson says completed. what going on . Im about im as far as i can go it i cant get past this....

I've had the game since the beginning, I've sent bugs to the team but I'm disappointed not to be able to take part in the playtest, as too many players have requested it :(

Is it time to ask for a full refund. Game has been out 14 months and is still unplayable with no update or communication from the DEV team for the last 2 months. Lack of communication shows disrespect for your costumer. $25 is what this cost me for nothing so far. At least give us some communication or refund our money. Disrespecting your costumers is not good business. Give us something some information or admit this is a failed game and refund the money....
