It wants me to pay for a free game

Everyone including the developer said this game is free but everytime I go to it's steam page it says it's $2.99. How do I fix this?

very hard

Hello can you maybe reduce the spawn points? at very hard i just get constantly overwelmed becouse of the number of the enemies and what bullet sponges they come from every direction. Maybe with spawn points reduced its easier to control them? thanks!
