Thinking of buying this

Can someone give me a quick good/bad review of this, seen it cheap on game fly so thinking of getting it before price goes back up

Last time I played this I had problems with multiplayer (as do alot of people, it just starts up and disconnects while playing stuff like that). I think with Multiplayer the story mode can be played and Im guessing some other modes too (It has been a while since I last played it). But it also allows Local CO-OP (so a controller and keyboard+mouse or 2 controllers) for an arcade mode and a survial mode. Also has a fair length story to go with the game, you level up and can buy upgrades for each turtles special weapon and such and also can switch from turtle to turtle at anytime while playing the game.

If your a big fan of TMNT, you will prob overlook the little problems it does have or wont really bother you, I know It didn't for me and I enjoyed the game a fair bit. Its not perfect but if you can pick it up for cheap, then give it a go I say.

It is complete junk. The coop does not work, and that was the entire selling point of the game. Activision is not addressing the issue.

Fun note: going to quick match for online play pairs you with 3 CPUs.

It might be due to your ports being blocked though. I'm not sure if everyone has given that a go, and if thats the fix that works for most/all people then it was never the devs fault.

I`m thinking of getting this game. I know many of you posted about multiplayer but how about single player? I read the review for the xbox 360 version and they said it was a piece of junk. I am keeping an open mind.

I didnt't mind it its nothing too exciting but its alright. Plus there is more then just the story mode for Single player. It has a survival and challange mode.

Don't get this pos game, they'll just take your money and run. Also why the hell is this game still on steam with the amount of problems and the lack of accountability it has.......

cmon its not so bad how u say,only if u wanna play online u neeed to put a bit time ur self to fix it,or just find a host.(add me).Story mode is pretty cool and u have an extra arcade mode + challenges u can do.(alone).Only if u wanna play the story in coop u will get some problems.allin all i had buyed it on sale for sure.

camera is a bit wack, graphics are a bit outdated. Controls and level system are pretty cool. and the multiplayer is very dodgy. Also sometimes its not clear on what action to take to advance in the level but that could be just me. I just got it because I was a huge turtles fan when I was young and loved the sentiment. but to be honest its not a very good game

it is devs fault for ports being blocked they should have come up with a patch to resolve certain ports from being blocked

No its not, its the router. Some block them, others dont sure they could of used other ports I assume but even if they are not blocked they sometimes have to be opened by default.
