Just go to your old PC installation directory. If you didn't change anything it should be on: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\TMNT-OotS\Saves" and there you need to copy all 10 files and paste them to your new PC in the same folder.
There you go simple copy and paste, enjoy your game =)
Klorgor, you should look into making some skin packs. :D
Could've been epic.
The problem is not in the developers, the problem is in the companies that rush developers to issue the games as fast as possible (hence all the bugs at launch) and once it is launched they don't pay them any more to fix the bugs. In rare cases they do but in those cases they need to earn a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of money first to do that.
Back in the days when I was a kid, developers of the games were also the owners of the company and they took as much time as they needed for a game. Now, the only thing these companies care about is money and not the quality of the product.
Regarding the skins, I don't have the skills in drawing (except in ms paint :P) so unfortunately no new skins =(
If you think you can handle it. Install Unreal Engine 3, and start drawing new textures. Once you are done we can replace them with old ones:"CharTextures.tfc, Textures.tfc ... etc."
Good luck =)
