Upgrading Base?

Hi, can i upgrade my wooden Base to Stone without demolishing? Is there any tool to upgrade wooden walls to stone walls?

does not work for me, is there a limitation in the upgrade: wood only to stone and not steel ?

Just a note, you can't replace 4x1 foundations with the 2x2 version :-) - put the item in your hotbar, select the number, press X, when you walk over something you can replace it goes blue.
