How To Open GM tools?

I tried picking up a bush while walking forward and press F & G at the same time on accident and some option for "GM tools" came up.

I was able to kill all NPC and set level 60 and spawn in items and more options but they was not available yet.

It seems like admin server commands ( no ~ used here ) they just came up and i made a video of it.

I got several options there but it was gone after some time and after trying it out for a while it came back again while trying out the moving forward and pressing F & G at the same time.

Anyone else got these tools?

and yeah it was on my own hosted server / local hosted so it should be OK to get these commands but i haven't seen this explained anywhere and was not the "usual" console command stuff, i did a certain combination and it came forward (I tried it with moving forward and F&G and it came back )

G is btw the hotkey for "squads"

While in admin mode, open the map, hold down cntl and click anywhere on the map, you will be moved there
