How do you craft leather with animal skin ?

you put both in a workbench then it should show up make sure you have it unlocked to

There is no "both", just Hide in Workbench and you need the Skill ofc

it's a tech in the first tree and you just need the skin

The first techtree "Basic", and the 3rd tech on the hightest Line "Pyrolyzer" hast it.
