The grinding table?
It says in order the make resin from wood you need a "grinding table" my guess is this not in the game yet or am I missing it?

It is in the game yes under the suplies tech tree 1st box on the top

you get resin while chopping down trees. if you want to "craft" resin, then you need to learn the tech that helps you craft a grinding table. but it's not the only way to get resin.
