Dedicated server - Pause when no one is online - Night time length

Hi guys,

2 Questions about dedicated server:

1) Just wondering if anyone knows if the dedicated server can be set to pause while no one is online? I play on a private server I set up with some friends and we'd like to have the server pause when no one is online. We keep running out of food because it all spoils.

2) Anyone know if we can change the day/night cycle. The guys that I play with keep complaining that it is dark too often. In 7 Days to Die I would set the day/night cycle to only 1 hour of darkness each day, we all liked that!
