I want to play alone, so is this game worth it for a singleplayer experience?

I want to play alone, so is this game worth it for a singleplayer experience? It can be hard for me to sync with others and play due to an overwhelming schedule. So is this game good for singleplayer only and is it worth picking up for that alone?

Not really. Most vehicles require multiple people. I have also had it delete a few vehicle that took hours to build.

you totally can, you just won't be able to utilize all the mutli crew items

You can totally play solo. You might want to increase some of the harvesting and stack rates to make up for being solo. You don't really use vehicles to fight npcs so that doesn't matter. I have heard more issues in single player so my buddy and I setup a private sever to play on.

Well worth Single-Player. I have only played solo/single-player and have a great time.

Well I assume it's the same as multiplayer, same progression system and stuff, just not playing with others?

Pretty much yeah, theres npcs and outposts to kill/destroy also. Plus you can call in attack waves of npcs when you have a nice base setup.

I see a lot of talk about servers.

Can it be played offline? There's no connectivity at work, but we're allowed to mess around on lour laptops when nothing is going on. So, I can't get online to connect to a server at all...

Is this still playable?

100%!!! You create your own host/local server. Its basically single player mode.

Nooooo! tons of combat. There are hostile mobs everywhere in isolated huts & shacks, and there are larger poi's with whole packs of enemies and better loot. You get "talent" points from the kills for unlocking skill trees, and supply crates with special loot. Lots of higher quality blueprints. Found a blue quality rare pickaxe bp with +157% collection rate, and that has made a tons of difference. Blue quality double barrel shotgun with mex max damage of 304. My best was 207 before. That's enough of a reason grind these places.
