Controller use gone after update

I know this game says it has no controller support but i've played now for 362 hours with it. After this last update I have nothing, checked everything I can think of without any success. I'm thinking the new anti-cheat is the reason. Anyone else having the same issues and have come up with a solution?

Works on Official PVP as well.
So it appears if you launch the game using TheFront.exe it allows controller to work. This is very weird. So the EAC is still running but there is something wrong with the default EAC Game Launcher. Full path to TheFront.exe below

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Front\ProjectWar\Binaries\Win64

Same. I have 300 hours on controller and now my controller isn't working. please fix

Bought this game right now and controller isnt working. Yeah its not supported but many games works with steam controller aktivation. Will delete the game till they fix it.

same here cant get controller to work either. i hate playing mouse and keyboard. it worked fine since day one and now it doesnt work..

I disable steam controller options and use REWASD just remap the sticks to mouse and wasd

Yeah, Im using a ps4 controller, have been for hundreds of hours. Now my controller doesnt work. Im not in the mood to remap my controller. I'll delete this game before i do that.
