Tactical Flashlight goes where?
I haven't found any weapon that can equip it, please help.

Same. I even tried to equip it to my Gear.

Tactical Flashlight its not for weapons its just can be used like a Torch.

It's a mod, meant for weapons or armor but currently we are unable to use it in that manner. It's not a torch as you have described that you hold in your hand. There is a wooden torch we can craft and later on an actual flash light we can craft.
