pick up placed items

Just checking if there is a way to pick items up when placed such as work benches,
trying to move things around in base but seems ya need to destroy everything and rebuild it

i this correct or am i missing something that allows you to move placed items?

Seems like you need to break everything. We have been dealing with this on our server. Wish we could pick them up.

yea its super dumb we should be able to pickup work stations at least OR get ALL resources back from only work stations id be happy with that lol

yeh its annoying though can you rotate them before placing them,?

Yeah, it's discouraging me from playing. The grind is bearable, spending time spamming the F key or gathering resources from rocks and trees. However, the frustration sets in when you realize that once you've placed something and need to move it or make a mistake, you end up wasting materials by destroying it. It would be better if you could move things, or salvage the materials at the very least.
