In the grass. If you are looking to get rubber/tape. There is a farm in the bottom right of J5 that has a few tool boxes and only a few enemies. I usually encounter 1 or 2 jumpers here but I can average 20-50 rubber from each of the 4 toolboxes here. Sometimes I'll find tape as well.

If you still need the plant mucus you can follow the ridge to the west and south where there is a river that runs through the ridge. Here you can drive a car along the embankment and in the forest north of that river on the other side I usually find a bunch of dandelions.
